Having post-purchase-regrets? Everything is OK!
You can replace, restore or cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving the shipment. If you decide to return an item and you want to get your money back, please come with products and invoice acceptance of the purchase to our logistics center in Airport City. All you have to do is contact our customer service by phone: 1700-70-22-32 and let us know when you want to come. After that you will get a full refund, minus  5% of the purchase sum cancellation fee or NIS 100, whichever is lower, within 20 business days from the date of return of the product, in accordance with the credit card companies. The refund will always be at the same conditions which the purchase was charged, and to the credit card that was used to make the purchase (if paid in payments, the refund will also be in payments, if paid by gift card, the refund will also be as a gift card and so on).
Orders for events (over 10 bottles) - No cancellation fee deduction.
Please note - We will not accept returned products with no relevant invoice. Don’t forget to bring it.
